Â鶹ÊÓƵmembers in California sent hundreds of letters to the California Air Resources Board, urging it to repeal its costly and unnecessary off-road rule, which could be adopted by 32 other states.
Â鶹ÊÓƵshowed the board that emissions from off-road construction equipment are far lower than originally thought, and the news is spreading quickly.
