Limited License for Bona Fide Journalists and Â鶹ÊÓƵChapters ONLY - IF YOU ARE NOT A JOURNALIST OR AN Â鶹ÊÓƵCHAPTER, OR YOU WISH TO USE A PHOTO FOR A PURPOSE OR IN A MANNER THAT THE PRECEDING EXCLUDE, YOU MUST CONTACT Â鶹ÊÓƵAND OBTAIN ITS WRITTEN PERMISSION TO PROCEED.
In consideration of their coverage of newsworthy events or other matters of public interest for a bona fide news organization, Â鶹ÊÓƵhereby grants bona fide journalists a perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free but non-exclusive license to copy, display, distribute and otherwise use any photo included in the library, without attribution, but only to portray the construction workforce or the construction industry as a whole in connection such coverage for such an organization.
In consideration of their support for Â鶹ÊÓƵas a whole, Â鶹ÊÓƵhereby grants Â鶹ÊÓƵchapters in good standing a perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free but non-exclusive license to copy, display, distribute and otherwise use any photo, without attribution, but only to portray the construction workforce or the construction industry as a whole in connection with a chapter’s non-commercial programs, services and activities.
Â鶹ÊÓƵdoes NOT authorize anyone else to download or otherwise use a photo, or any other use of any photo. Â鶹ÊÓƵspecifically DENIES permission for anyone to use any photo (1) on or in products, merchandise or goods, (2) for purposes of advertising or selling, or soliciting purchase of. products, merchandise goods or services, or (3) to single out any individual in any manner. Â鶹ÊÓƵalso DENIES permission for anyone to sublicense any third party to use a photo.
